Beatrix Coffee Roasters

Our story began with our passion to share a more healthful approach to cooking, eating and drinking. In the summer of 2013, we opened Beatrix, a neighborhood coffeehouse, restaurant and meeting place in Chicago’s River North neighborhood.

We established a culinary culture rooted in working with local vendors and ingredients and partnered with several iconic Chicago roasters to earn a loyal following for our innovative coffee menu.

We created a roast that we consider to be the perfect cup of coffee – a smooth, low acid brew that may be enjoyed black or with a splash of your favorite milk. From there, Enlightened, our signature blend, was born.

Our coffee portfolio now features Medium, Dark, Espresso, Decaf, and seasonal roasts, and it is our continued goal to bring great tasting, quality coffee to your neighborhood.

Sugar Cookie Cold Brew

INGREDIENTS:
-1 can Beatrix Coffee Roasters Cold Brew
-2 Pumps Monin Almond Syrup
-1.5 Pumps Monin White Chocolate Syrup
-Whipped Cream of choice
-Sprinkles of choice

METHOD:
1. Add can of cold brew, almond syrup and white chocolate syrup to a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake well or use a handheld milk frother to blend until fully combined and foamy.
3. Pour into a glass over ice, leaving room at the top.
4. Garnish with whipped cream to taste and sprinkles, and enjoy!
